Centers for Creative Entrepreneurship Development (CCED) were opened at the Ukrainian Engineering Pedagogics Academy and Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics as part of Create Creative Entrepreneurs Project within Creative Spark: Higher Education Enterprise Program by British Council.
